does it hold up to the advertisement of increased length by up to 25 %

The answer is complicated.
To start I think that the claim is "up to 20%". I had an LGX for 8 years and I got good growth. But how much attributed to the LGX? I grew 4 CM which was added to my new revised Titan implant. You should know that there was a study using a machine measuring tool that basically at very high pressure did expand the cylinder by 20%. More also that the Titan expands somewhat.. maybe 5 %.
But these increases are significant if the tunica allows this. So if the implant is fully sized AND the tunica is supple enough to expand then the pressure caused by the expanding LGX could produce the wanted result. If these conditions exist the the LGX makes great sense. Remember that the degree of expandability is depending on the size of the [u] expandable [b] portion. From the total lenght you must subtract the lenght of the base and any rear tip extenders. So in my case my total lenght of the LGX really had only 10 CM. Thus the max growth would be 2 CM. The Titan might be 1/2 CM.

I have gained 1/2" in length and 3/4" in girth in the 8 months since I was implanted. I just love it.

I learned how to ride her high grinding on the clitoris and the gspot. I figured I could not reach the posterior fornix hoping to produce a vaginal orgasm. Then I started a vigorous PE program adding lenght and girth.
I mentioned all of this because I now place more importance on girth you can get around lenght issues, but it is hard to get around girth issues.
My point is t that if you have a minimal functioning lenght focus on the girth potential. A fat short dick can out perform al long thin dick'. Just an opinion

I used VED and traction with special heavy duty tension springs for years prior to implant so I was confident NOTHING was going to stretch my penis longer, certainly not a couple little cylinders pushing on my soft glans for an hour a day.
Dr. Eid assured me a Titan properly sized would give me every bit as much length as an LGX. He said the LGX would provide contraction when deflated that the Titan would not provide. In other words the LGX gives a more natural flaccid feel. This is exactly what Dr. Kramer says in his video comparing the two implants. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8PPId-OVzag
My Titan takes 20 pumps just to get the folds out of the cylinders and I am inflated enough for intercourse before 20 pumps. Every one of these pumps is increasing length as the cylinders straighten or unfold. I do not think an LGX could possibly put more lateral stretch on my penis, especially when I am at 30+ pumps.
