VED post implant

I am almost 3 weeks post-op & have been cycling the past 4 days. Would it be okay to use my penile pump to pump while not inflated to create potential space for pumping to fill when cycling?

I just tried it & experienced a stretch similar to cycling which felt pretty good for overall expansion & lengthening. I also experienced glans engorgement.

Is this a safe practice or something that could affect my new "rig?"

Thankful for all feedback and opinions.

I would not do it this close after surgery but 6 weeks out, why not?

What is the theory on how a VED would increase your cavernosa or stretch your tunica more than the engorged saline cylinders inside of the cavernosa? Would it engorge the area around the cylinders with blood? If so how would that apply more stretching pressure than a penis that is rock hard from inflation of the cylinders. Would it draw saline past the valve to fill the cylinders? If so how would that be different than pumping the cylinders rock hard with the pump?

The expansion of the cylinders to their limit and holding that expansion is what expands the area around the cylinders.

Hawkman,Youhave a point there. Seems like it would just draw into the glans and loose skin on the outside. My VAC tube really hurts where it comes in contact with the saline tubes at the base of my Dick. I am looking for a reason NOT to vac.

I have used VEDs for 15 years and advocated their use for several reasons. It clearly would engorge the glans which might be a reason if you intend to use a band to hold the engorgement. I cannot come up with one other sound theory on what it would accomplish after an implant.

I would like to know too.

For the press against tubing issue, try a Vacu-tech flared cylinder. https://vacutech.com/product/mens-produ ... -cylinder/ That is the brand of mine that is 18 years old. The flare makes it more comfortable. I believe there is also a brand called cock cushion that fits on a standard cylinder. It is a donut shaped silicone cushion with a groove for your cylinder to sit in. The cock rings that slide off the vacuum cylinder can be, but are almost impossible to get off a flared cylinder though. Vacu-tech makes custom sizes. My original dick did not fit in the run of the mill ebay cylinder is how I found them due to their custom sizing. Cheers.

Haha I read this earlier. Pretty vague article. Really not sure what to take away.

I read every word of that article. It dicused everything from using a VED or traction prior to surgery to cutting the suspensory ligament but it in no way addressed how a VED might increase the size of an implanted penis over stretching the penis by inflating the cylinders.
