My implant is truly a work of art. Super hard. Big girth. No length loss of my natural length. And it is a great sex machine that makes the women curl their toes, arch their backs, and roll their eyes back.
It is far better then what I had with my natural erection (which was inconsistent and not lasting).

So, I would definitely have the surgery again because my outlook on life is much much better because of the implant (because I have inner peace of mind that I can have sex anytime and anywhere and for as long as I want).

Of course, you need to find someone who is an expert so that you get the implant installed correctly the first time. Likely, that means going with one of the best six implant surgeons in the country. Finding out who those are is, of course, difficult.

I have been involved in several lawsuits but none over a dick. My internists patient who I have talked to on the phone after the Milam disaster won his suit and the fuck up doctor had to pay for the doctor who fixed it. I am not going to mention who fixed it because 1) I understand he no-longer does implants and 2), I made a 3 day trip to see him and he is a complete and total ass. I do not remember who the fuck up doctor was but I will think on it.

While it is vital that the Surgeon who does your implant is qualified and top notch ( mine is). It is not vital to use a superstar surgeon (mine isn't). For many of us the finances are not there to travel and stay in a motel (mine aren't). I choose a surgeon with experience in implants and confidence in his craft. He assured me I would be happy and there would be no loss of length (there wasn't). I wanted a surgeon who would spend time on my surgery (1 hour). Not a 20 minute job. It's my only dick after all. Confidence, and trust is the key. If your in doubt don't let any Surgeon near your dick.

There are no guarantees even if you use a superstar. I am having trouble with my implant and I used one of the top ten implanters in the nation. The main problem I am having is an equipment problem that is more than likely causing additional problems as well. Not only is my surgeon very good, but he has relationships with other top surgeons that he can consult with. Now I have several of the top surgeon helping to resolve my issues. I am sure there are many great surgeon out there and they all have to pay there dues. My surgeon happens to live in my area. I would not want to travel to have this done. I don’t believe you have to have one of the best to get a good result, but I would want the best in my area and would travel if I could not find someone who has proven experience. One of the biggest problems is that it is hard to find good information on local guys.

Some "popular" doctors have a track record of the same poor performance as my first implanter. Do a search here and you will find several people who had the same issue as I and same doctor. Did not matter what brand he installed. Other top docs do have the occasional glitch. Bad day, something just not right, the variability of the human body and just maybe not the right moment for them, but a good doctor will do his best to figure it out or put you in touch with someone who will try to help you. An asshole will continue to tell you it is fine and you need to see a shrink or learn to live with it. I have a lot of respect for doctors who say it is beyond my skill and you should see a more skilled doctor. Cheers man. I hope you get things ironed out.

ali, going off topic a bit.
I had cataract surgery 5 years ago and my vision isn't very good now.

I got the multi-focal lenses and they weren't covered by Medicare.
My last 2 visits to the eye doc who also did the surgery showed very bad vision in my right eye.

I know for a fact that crud can build up on the implanted lens and impair the vision.
I mentioned it to the nurse who did the inspection and she agreed it could need lasing.

The doc came in and blew the whole thing off.

When I was in surgery on the second eye (this one), I could feel pain and didn't want to slow things down.
I mentioned it to him later and he said "if happens"
I think that's bullshit.

I think that was hubris and didn't push things.
I have an appointment with another eye doc who I know does that (Yag procedure) routinely.

My wife is old school and thinks docs are gods and I should demand the doc fix it.

I have an appointment on Tuesday with the new doc and hope he can fix things.

Sorry to post this on the implant forum, but it seemed similar to what you said about ego docs.

My wife was nearly blind.I had to read billboards and menu boards to her it was so bad. She had lens implants in both eyes, still has to wear contacts and glasses over them to read and yes, she gets the protein film on her lens' and has to have them lasered off every bit.

Over the past 2 months, my step sister who is much younger than me, has had radial caratonomy (sp?) surgery on her eyes 4 times. Her vision is the same as before surgery. They did not fix $#!t. She is pissed of big time. $3500 an eye. I asked her Friday night if they refunded any of the money and she said they told her they do not give refunds, sometimes it just doesn't work. When I asked if she broke their door when she left, she said no. Such a lady. Damn

Right now I am dealing with an arrogant doctor on my cancer treatment. I want to fire his ass in the worst way and the lack of communication really ticks me off, but I keep being told he is the only one certified by the federal gov't as a specialist in the state of Missouri. All I want to do is to stay alive long enough to liquidate my assets to die debt free but even that may not be possible. In network hospitals subbing out tests to non network labs are piling up thousands in bills at a shocking rate. I again state as I've said before, some doctors are like used car salesmen. BEWARE. Cheers.

Damn, I wish you lived in Phoenix. There are many more options here.
