Walking On My Own First Day

I'll be taking a car service from NYC to home in CT. 3 hour ride. Will be laying down the whole time. Will I need the driver to help me walk me to walk me to my apartment? Normally it's a 2 minute walk from entrance to building to elevator up to apartment door. Should I expect intense pain? Need for wheel chair and the like?

I would have been able to make the walk. My surgeon asked me to get up and walk for about 10-15 minutes, 3 times each day. I could do it, but looked like I had been riding a horse all day.

What you may need help with is if you will have any luggage. You are not supposed to lift anything more than a few pounds following surgery. I was told not to lift for a month.

I am surprised to know that there are again answers to his stupid questions. first "the cane", now the wheel chair. Absurd!

From years he says he is ready for surgery. He always asks the same questions and starts the same discussions.
If you keep answering, he will continue to ask absurd questions.
Irritating

I think Maxxxxx needs to get laid. Also anger management. Get a life. How do you know why I haven't been implanted yet. There is no such thing as a stupid question. Just stupid people.

Only one dumb post on this topic and it wasn’t by the gentleman that started the topic.

Thank you Hawkman. I try to be respectful of everyone. Life is too short for anger and criticism. Especially when we ALL belong to the same fraternity.
