Guessing my length after revision next Friday

I should like a little help with my expectations and math.
I am scheduled for a revision Friday. Will get a Titan to replace my 8 yr old AMS ultra. The AMS is 15 cm plus 4 cm rte for a total of 19 cm. Because of pump problems I generally leave it full inflated and I use a VED every day for those years. I think i have acquired additional length of about one inch.
Without consideration of this extra inch, can I expect to get 22cm Titan cylinders? 19 cm original plus the 20% of the 15 cm (3 cm)?
Then if I have in fact grown an inch the maybe I might be looking at at least 24 cm Titan cylinders?
I know that I will get whatever.. but just guessing.
Am I off base?
