Post-Op Sports Inquiry

I had my Implant on August 6th. I was curious about what activities or sports to avoid once i have been released by the doctor.
I enjoy Crossfit activities, rock climbing & overall grueling core workouts.
All of these activities involve the core which I wonder if it will interfere with my "Rig"
Any input or feedback from experiences or stories would be greatly appreciated.

I was also worried about the impact of an implant on my physical activities.... 8 weeks port implant.. and the outcomes are surprisingly good.. no interference with bike riding or dirt bike riding.. regular stretching and strengthening ok as well.. I was surprised however when I went to a yoga class some of the bends that tangentially involved the groin were harder to do in that I could feel the implant.. I didn't expect this...but then again I am only 8 weeks after surgery..
As a generality the implant is tolerated really well for most exercise activities.. the pump just seems to move out of the way with the testicles, reservoir completely unnoticed,.. just some pulling around the tubing when groin muscles are involved.. I expect this will abate.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Im just curious if grueling core activities could break down the "unit" anymore versus less grueling activities. I am 7 days post-op & honestly already kinda feel one with my implant.
Kinda crazy

Since my implant I have continued all of my activities and they are swimming, power walking, running, water skiing, biking, circuit training machines, and soccer. I had some soreness in my sac at first from the pump pushing into my balls but that quickly went away and I have no issues now.

Excellent news Greg!! Thanks very much for the response. Good to hear that resuming a lot of the same activities is still a possibility.
Hope all is well.
