Hello. I am Walker and this is first post after implant of ams ms device 4 days ago.
Joined to hear others experience and share experiences with others after finding limited useful info on the net.
5 years of e d which started with turp surgery for bph and progressed 2 years ago with prostatectomy for advanced prostate cancer. 58 years old and after exhausting other treatments with no success finally opted for implant. Day 4 and anxiety almost crippling. Hopes not for support and some insight on recovery and positive outcome from procedure. Been in a bad place since this journey of impotence started. Soooo
Today day 4 better. Incisions clean and dry sore but pain better. A little burning today when I urinate but pounding water seemed to help but still scared of infection as I also have hip implant
Wondering what to expect as days go on toward recovery. Have found some great posts and all info important to me. Hope to keep it positive. Wife and I fingers crossed as we head into recovery.

Most ppl have those “what have I done” moments in the first few days of recovery. Take it easy, relax and things will get better in time. When you start to feel a lot better, make sure you don’t overdo things. Keep resting.

Welcome. Hope you heal well. What to do ? Ice and heating pad. Penis skin will be super sensitive. Infant sock to cover it or some other soft material. Peeing, I used a quart jar. Couldn't hit any target and my dick was pointed UP. Keep pulling down on the pump and keep it moving. Don't let scar tissue attach it to scrotum or a testicle. I am retired so I just stayed on the couch mostly for 4 weeks. Don't try to rush the healing process.
