My original implant was an LGX 700 ultra 15CM plus CM RTE.. total 19CM more than 8 years ago. I use a VED every time due to pumping problems. Now in the VED I am 7" erect. Girth in VED is about 5 3/4 and 5 1/4 before VED.
When fully inflated, I can stretch my penis an additional 1 1/2". (I was undersized OR I have grown?)
I am scheduled for a Titan revision . I am anticipating 22 cm cylinders on the Titan. My guess
The original implant used the infrapublic approach. The revision will use the penescrotal approach. In addition K will have a scrotalplasty to remove excess
scrotal web. Surely this adds to my discomfort.
What am I in for regarding pain?? The original implant was not that painful. My new doctor says because I am use to the cylinders, pump; etc. it will be LESS painful that the orillginal implant. This seems too god tp be true.
I I am looking for other's experience with revisions.. Better or worse?

Re: Compare pain of revision to the original implant
I had an implant in Oct 2014, a AMS CX 18 +3 cm rear tips , the implant was poorly installed and undersized. I had a revision done in Dec 2015, a AmS LGX 21 + 3 1/2 cm rear tips. The pain level of the original implant was pretty bad and never went totally away. This was part of the reason for the revision.
The pain level after the revision was quite low , I think that I took 2 - 3 paint pills and just used Tylenol with no problem. Surgery was Wednesday and on Saturday I Traveled 16 hours, between train, Plane , bus and car to get home and did so with no issues.
The answer here is , for me the pain for the revision was much , much less than the original implant. Hope this helps and puts you at ease.

My revision gave me the same implant I had the first time, pain level was far less the second time around. You grew an extra 1.5 inches because you had the LGX. That will not happen with the Titan, it is not designed for that. Good luck on your surgery.
