Implant or injections

Only used injections about 40 times. Lots of pain with trimix. Started using .2 units tri with 8 bimix. Pain tolerable. had good orgasms. Created pyronies at about 40 th injection. Went to implant. Going on 4 month post ipp and no orgasms. Very frustrating.

I gave some of this reply in another thread recently but I'll add it here since it fits. I used injections for just over a decade.

1) Good question, hmm, injections were overall better for erection and ease of orgasm. But I gotta say I love the convenience of the implant.
2) Injections stopped working for me after twelve years
3) Sensation was better with injections, but the implant (I'm almost one year out) is more than sufficient and less stressful than injections.

Here's my pro list for each

Injection Pros:
* The look and feel of the erection is perfect and natural. God given length and girth and angle with blood flowing and creating a warm penis. No hard 3rd nut. I think I lost about 1l2 an inch in length and girth with a 2:30 angle rather than 1:00. The implant penis is colder to the touch though with stimulation it warms up and increases a bit in length and the head swells up.
* Easier to orgasm than with implant. During foreplay I would often have to stop my partner for a moment as she was bringing me too close too soon but that's a great feeling. I've never had that experience with an implant.

Implant Pros:
* Ease of producing an erection is great. No needles, no trip to the fridge for Tri mix, no cooler with Tri mix for traveling, no ordering medication
* Flaccid penis looks much better
* No worries about losing the erection. Sometimes with the injection I could feel it losing steam early, and that's the worst feeling, but never a concern with implant.

So if you had decent erections with an injection no pain it was done when you were are . Are you are then saying that the injection was better. How about if all you get is pain no wood is it going to help you make a statement that the injection is better, better than what nothing or better than the pain. I don’t understand

The largest pain in the ass with injections is the fact you had to basically schedule your sexual activity. There was no spontaneity. I would sometimes try to predict my wife's desire to have sex and inject only to be turned down and have a 2 hour hard on for nothing. Or just the opposite, I would miss the ques and not inject and have to stop the action in the middle for 15 minutes. Now there's no guessing. If I'm in the mood and she's not I just deflate and go to sleep. If it's the reverse, I either tell her I have to pee and pump in the bathroom or pump during foreplay. So my nights are stress free now. No more wondering, no more worry.

Yes!! Being able to be spontaneous is a very big plus for the implant!! We used to have to schedule sex so I could thaw the medication. And I couldn't have sex too late cause I didn't like to fall asleep with an erection (cause then I would wake up in the middle of the night with it still up and aching) so we had to do it and allow up to an hour for it to fade. Last night at 11:30pm my wife initiated sex, something that I would've turned down back in the injection days but with an implant I could go for it.

With my AMS implant. My wife just reached for my pump and 'pops' it. It time for sex. Her signal couldn't be more obvious. I love it. Sex on demand. Anytime. Anywhere. Well except for in the aisle at Walmart.
