When it is time to soak my balls is there a creative way to soak them if I do not have a bathtub like using a LARGE pot for instance.

The Y is very cheap around here to join and they have a hot tub. When is too soon to go into a public hot tub to avoid the risk of infection?

This reminds me of when I was a kid and we didn't have running water or a bathroom. We used a big round wash tub for bathing. Horse supply stores sell some pretty nice smaller oblong water tanks. Also Tractor Supply store. Hot water really helps in the healing process to loosen things up and to inflate and deflate. Cant imagine doing it without a hot tub. Don't know how well it would go over of you pumping up your dick in a public hot tub. Guess if it was all men you could just explain your situation.

How often would I need a bath? I could always rent a hotel for a few days.

Most recommend twice daily. How about using a small kids pool?

How about a DIY mortar boat [ utility tub] from a home improvement store?
They generally come in 2 diffrent sizes.

I would not do it until everything is FULLY healed.

My doctor encouraged soaking in our home bath tub, but making sure it was scrubbed clean and totally rinsed prior to use. I swim laps and he said not to go into a public pool or hot tub for a minimum of a month until a scheduled appointment with him and then he would give me clearance if it was OK and it was. His decision was totally based on how well healed my incision was.

Dr. Eid is one of the few that advocates a hot water tub early on to many patients. Check first what he wanted you to do. If you were on schedule for your implant you should be about a month out and quite healed by now. I would not soak in a hotel bathtub w/o filling it hot with water and bleach and letting it have a good sterilizing soak and drain first. No way I would get in a public pool or hot tub till I was 100+ % sure all was healed healed healed. Poor is inconvenient but it is honorable. Cheers man.

Dr. Eid's instructions state - 2 to 3 soaks a day. No shower or sitz bath with the legs and body up. Lay down and try to have the scrotum to be the highest part of the body. If you do not have a bath-tub then lay down and substitute a heating pad.

2 to 3 soaks a day, but starting when? The day of surgery,?
