Cock Rings & PDE5s

Postby defiant » Thu Aug 02, 2018 4:27 pm

I’m still seeing a few people saying that they still use cock rings and pills POST implant so as to be able to penetrate.

Surely the need to do so indicates a failed implant?

I thought the whole point was that you can penetrate and penetrate well.

How are so many doctors still getting this wrong?
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

You might be correct but I think a lot of those relatively few that use cock rings do so because they had TOTAL ED and do so just to engorge the glans for a bit of added dimension to the penis and it would not be necessary at all to have a functional penis.
Prostatectomy 2004-Bimix caused Peyronies-Viagra had little effect. Active sex life with wife of 50 yrs- been dependent on a VED for 10 yrs. 22cm Titan w/Dr. Eid Aug 7th See my Implant Journal -> http://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,56.0.html

I use viagra, a VED and cock ring with my malleable. My surgeon replaced the infected three piece with this so I wouldnt lose much more than I already have length wise, while waiting for another 3 piece. I still get some blood flow and engorging of the glands, but not enough to be hard enough for penetration. The malleable is very small and has no girth so when engorged its like a floppy head. But with the VED and cock ring I can fuck again.
Age 47. ED for over 20 years. Diagnosed with Hypogonadism. Pills and trimix do not work consistently. Implanted with 24cm AMS CX 12/12/17. Infected implant removed and replaced with AMS Spectra 2/18/18. Implanted with 26CM Titan 10/02/18. So far so good.

I'm really sorry for what seem like extensive issues with ED and implants.

How is it that your implant became infected, do you think? Poor infection control?

Poor choice of surgeon. Knowing what I know now I should have never let him operate on me. Even if there was no infection the pump placement was too high. During the surgery for some reason he cut me twice. I dont know if one of the incisions was too low or what. He stitched up the one he implanted me through and put glue on the second one. As time went on the second incision with the glue opened up and the pump was exposed. He pretended he didnt do anything wrong but it was apparent. He lied about the number of surgeries he did. Fact is he was just out of residency. When I was looking for another surgeon to do my revision, one said I know this guy. They were saying Valenzuela worked out of their office, and when you get there They would say Valenzuela wasnt available and have you see the guy who operated on me. Valenzuela told me this him self.
