Could you have a raging implant induced erection with pants on ? such that when you disrobe, no further pumping was needed? or will this damage the unit? When I was young, I was hard like a tire iron during foreplay and the erections strained to be free during the makeout session.

I'd say no...... but it is very easy to give ot a quick couple of pumps as you undress and another few quick pumps every little while as things progress. It doesn't need to ne obvious. Most of my girls are "professionals" and several "delight' in pumping me up.... good luck...

I would be afraid of landmarking through my jeans... If you miss, you will squeeze one of the other tenants and then you will hurt like hell. Not only that but my jeans are pretty tight.. add a stiffie to the equation and you will be in a world of hurt.

I am guessing a better option would be to be half pumped which will be normal state. You could probably pump while going down on a woman as she would think you are just playing with your dick while pleasuring her which is normal.

I think once you’re with someone a few times and able to perform and last as long as you want it will not be an issue that you are implanted. She will just be happy she foind someone with the skills and equipment to satisfy.

I agree disclosure up front would be a show stopper for some women and if I were single would wait until I’ve “laid” some solid foundation before letting them know. some guys have cut a hole in their pocket so that the can get to the pump that way --- in tight jeans might be tough. However, I agree that you can discreetly give a few pumps while you get up to obtain a recharge on drinks or to serve some cookies. Totally impossible. If I fully inflate, my dick cannot be bent to touch any part of my body. Not up, not down, not sideways. It just sticks straight out at a 2:00 angle. So completely impossible in jeans. I can barely wear tight underwear when fully erect. It pushes my underwear out and leaves a gaping hole between my abs and the waist band of my underwear.

If this was important to me, I'd give it a few pumps. 5-10 is the maximum where I could bend it sideways in jeans. For sex I use about 40-50 full wall to wall pumps, or 70-80 quick partial pumps, which is a faster way of getting there.

And as for keeping it pointed up, no way either. My dick would go way higher than my jeans' waist.

I second what Merrix says........mine is a tad steeper than 2 o’clock and it just wouldn’t fit inside any form of tight clothing
