Curious about no RTE

I have a 15cm ams lgx with a 5cm RTE. The RTE's starts down by my anus inside my cruse. They extend up to just below my pubic bone where the lgx is attached. The hoses are right there entering the lgx at my scrotum. There is no pivot at that point. When hard, I can not bend it down because I have this 2 inch solid plastic part securely fastened in my cruse with muscles surrounding it. If you have a 21cm implant with no rte, where do the hoses come out. Are they way down in your cruse or up by your scrotum.
