Titan gives thicker?

Those who got or have got a titan, the implant has given you more thickness when inflated compared to your pre op thickness?

I was definitely thicker pre implant but with what went on the 14 1/2 months of my first implant, I do not know how much it impacted the function of the second. The titan can expand to 21mm vs the BS implant has a stated capacity at 18 mm.
