If this question has been answered already I apologize. I can't seem to find the answer. Has anybody experienced an increase in size but not in a risky way?

Yes. An implant may do it with aggressive cycling. Don’t count on it tho. Think about it as a bonus if it does happen. Also, when getting a revision a patient receives a larger implant in many cases.

I have.
I think it is very unusual though, so as someone said, don't count on it.
I gained about 1 cm in my erect length.
I used to be around 16.5 cm before surgery, and I am just above 17.5 cm now.
Of course, the flaccid length has increased a lot more. From 11 cm to 15 cm.

On the other hand, when talking about size, I think the focus on length and negligence of girth is a mistake.
In my experience, women care a lot more about girth than length. Length can even be a problem sometimes. Even at my non extreme length, I have had women complaining of feeling pain when I go as deep as possible.

So to make it simple, based on my experience:
Within non extreme boundaries, more girth is always better. More length is not always better.
More girth is always noted. More length is not even noted.
An average length and over average girth dick beats a dick which is above average in length and average in girth.

Perhaps volume should be the new way of measuring size since it uses both girth and length.
And more importantly, an increase of girth increases volume twice as much as the same percentage increase of length.
My erect volume has gone from 257 cm2 to 290 cm2, so maybe I could say my size has increased 13%.

I started keeping track of my measurements monthly. Since December 14, 2017, I have gained 1/2 inch in length and 3/4 of an inch in girth. I am truly astounded... I never expected that. Also, before the implant I was so embarrassed about my flaccid length (about 1") I would get out of the pool and change early so I didn't have to change in front of other men or in public washrooms, I always went into a toilet and avoid the urinals. Now, post implant, I am almost 5" flaccid. Although I wish it was 6 or 7 inches, it's a LOT better than 1" Hope this info helps.

My length and girth are both greater than they were before implant. However, I had a lot of shrinkage from age, long term ED and especially Prostatectomy. My fully pumped size now is over an inch and a half more than pre-surgery, but still just about a quarter inch less than before I lost a lot of length. My girth grew as a direct result of the implant cylinders filling the space.
