How much difference is there between the length of an inflated Titan implant without glans engorgement and a deflated Titan? Maybe an inch, half an inch?

I just measured to give you an answer. Looking at it, it looks like it hangs longer deflated but when I measure, pubic bone pressed, 7" deflated, 7 1/4" inflated. Hope this helps.

I am 17.8 cm (7”) inflated with blood filled glans, and 15.0 cm (5.9”) deflated.
50-60% of the difference is because of the glans swelling up when aroused and 40-50% because of the implant lengthening when inflated. Probably because small creases straightening.
Consequently, my inflated length without arousal (i.e no blood filled glans) falls somewhere between the 17.8 cm and 15 cm.

There is a big difference between 17,8 cm and 15. Could you be more precise in the length that you have inflated without swollen glans compared to deflated ?
