How many here get natural fulness after IPP?

The title is my question. Anybody get natural erections or morning wood?

I get what I call "morning wood-ettes," meaning the glans swells up but not the shaft.

When I am with my wife I get the feeling that I am getting a rock solid erection and I feel my dick twiching but, of course it doesn't get hard.

I know that I am getting night time semi erections, I wake up and my dick feels much fuller, it also happens during the day sometimes. I asked my Dr. about it and he said that would be impossible, but I know what I can feel with my hands, and it is an erection of some kind, not a full hard on, but firm, and I love it!

Yes I have a full erection almost every morning until I pee. The doc also told me that it won't do that but it does.

The implant operation generally compromises the corpus cavernosum to the point where there is no disernable erectile function. Corpus cavernosum inside the tunica albuginea is what gives (used to give) penile rigidity.

The corpus spongiosum provides fullness to the shaft OUTSIDE the tunica and fullness to the glans.

Tumescence of the spongiosum can give a little bit of an erection, but generally not enough for penetration under any circumstances. But it sure FEELS good!
