Were Your Erections Like this Before an Implant?

Dont know if implants are for me just yet. But to those implanted, before you got an implant did you ever experience zero libido? Did you fail to get erect and orgasm before an implant but was able to orgasm after an implant? Was your libido zero before an implant but afterwards it shot up after getting an implant?

It is even worse in my case.
I have strong libido but no toolbox.

Never lost libido. Hard and orgasms with bimix/trimix but they caused pyronies. Stronger libido packing this semi ridged tool around. No vaginal orgasms yet. Patience.

It takes a long time to orgasm. I did get one orgasm after about 1/2 hr of oral then vaginal. Masterbating this last week I came after 40 minutes, using every sex toy in the book. Finished with a Fleshlite.
