It took me 4 years at least to get up enough courage to do this. Not an easy choice for me. I've decided to slow things way down. Doctor Saracino stretched me out and said this is how long you will be. Until I see what that is I just plan to concentrate on healing.

Atta boy Doug. I know there are people who do not agree with me and some are just plain not a fan... that is their prerogative, all I am saying is once it's done, it's done... you have to find the positive... for me, a 5 inch dick I can please my wife and I with is far more valuable to me than a 7" whopper that can't even look up to shed a tear. I haven't been on this board in way too long. I saw a post recently where a guy said now it's impossible to feel like he's gonna cum with his implant. Should I worry about this???

I have had no problem cumming and I have had an implant inside my dick for 16 years.

I do not have any nerves or a prostate so I do not cum and I miss it. It would be very rare to have that issue if you still have all your parts and at 20 I would expect you still do. There is a higher risk of nerve damage infrapublicly. NIH says most commonly when they do a revision of infrapubic. At 20 years old you will likely wear out some implants so that would be on my watch list. If you were 70, I do not think it would be on my radar.
