Looking for some advice, as such I’ll give a little information on my self and what I hope to achieve from this surgery. So I’ll start out with the my purpose I’m adult performer aka porn, the pump has recently got a lot of attention in the industry with a few top performers doing very very good with them. My need for it feels more or less like it’s becoming a must. How I got here I joined porn years ago and at that time it was all fun, but I had a bad day or two and I turned to pills every day I worked as the stress of a failure that is recorded hit hard on my ego. After a few more years I went over to a different country and all the performers there used needles so I turned to trimix my career skyrocketed but now two years later the needle has become unreliable, I have used cock ring to ensure the blood stuck which for the past year made it almost 100% but with all good things there was a catch I started getting what I believe to pyrones scar tissue and two bumps they aren’t too bad but they give it a slight bend now and I have to do two or more shoots to get the same result, and regular boners are at 40-70% without drugs and deplete at a very rapid pace. So my questions are thoughts about going and getting surgery? Implant type? My size is 9-10 inches And any word on the mans clinic at UCLA and dr mills?

Getting an implant now will straighten out your penis. Best to do it before the bend gets worse. For your size, coloplast Titan for sure. I highly recommend going with a top surgeon.

When I consulted with Mills last year he only did AMS. But he would still be a good initial contact for ED issues, and likely he could refer you to a colleague who does Coloplast.

I seen him on there website Coloplasthealth.com which is why I set up a consultant on the 6th but I guess it will be a good start regardless

Idk. I haven’t researched SoCal. You’re doing good tho. Do your homework, keep asking questions, consult with a few surgeons. Having a competent surgeon is paramount to good results.

1st. Coloplast due to your size. I seem to recall they have a huge model but do not know the series name.

2nd. The hard knots in your penis. I had hard knots in mine years ago. Every urologist I consulted (all were university professors) said there was nothing could be done about them. Then I had a discussion about them with a friend in Costa Rica. He had the same issue and his doctor prescribed over the counter Progenlone 25mg capsules sold over the counter. I took 4 at a time, 3 times a day, then after they started going away, 3 a day, 2 times a day to keep them gone. He said it takes a few months but they go away. It did take a few months but they did in fact go away just like his. I've since had another friend with the same issue, same treatment, same result. I've told a couple urologists about it and they say it is quackery, but I know of 3 of us it worked plus that seems the standard treatment in Costa Rica, a country that from my observation gets medicine right because corporate profits are not their highest priority. Cheers. Hope this helps. I am not a doctor so you might want to do some research or ask your own physician. It won't help the E.D. but does get rid of those hard bbs.

Progenelone works slow. I was told it would and it did for me. I took it for several years to keep the knots from coming back, then quit taking it when I had the prostatectomy and a few knots came back. I resumed the progenelone and they went away again and have never come back even though I have not taken any in about 4 years. I used to have a friend who was a performer. He hit a bad spot thinking his career might be over but it resolved. Last I heard life was great. Geno, if you are around, please say hey and let me know life is still awesome. Cheers.

San Diego sexual medacine Dr Goldstein is well thought of. I used USC Keck , The DR I used is retiring. He was the lead in urology there. Dr La Doyle took his place. I have a great implant but his healing process was to keep me pumped up for4 weeks at almost maximum. VERY painful. I would talk to LaDoyle about this and be sure he understands a need for discrete placement of the pump. Titan has a smaller pump than AMS also. USC uses both.
