yes, an implant will work very well for you; and you need to do this with the right surgeon since your livelihood depends on it.
The super extra large sizes are likely best done with a super-specialist, so be very choosy about your surgeon. I agree with others that coloplast is mandatory in your case.
The trimix injections are the way to go while you wait for surgery. Be sure you work with your doctor on the strength of trimix (they come in all different strengths, but there is a dose where eventually, you are maxed out (on the dose). Cock ring obviously is not the greatest when it comes to being filmed.
Those bumps are a side effect of the injections, so it does appear that you should schedule the implant soon.
Do not be too scared of the idea of implant surgery, if you can get one that is sized properly (this will require a very experienced surgeon in your case) then your ability to perform in films will be very substantially improved (for example, film producers will appreciate the fact that you can last rock hard literally all day long, so they could do a full 8 hours of filming.)
