I have a great implant but his healing process was to keep me pumped up for4 weeks at almost maximum. VERY painful. I would talk to LaDoyle about this and be sure he understands a need for discrete placement of the pump. Titan has a smaller pump than AMS also. USC uses both.

I’ll look into them thanks for the advice

yes, an implant will work very well for you; and you need to do this with the right surgeon since your livelihood depends on it.

The super extra large sizes are likely best done with a super-specialist, so be very choosy about your surgeon. I agree with others that coloplast is mandatory in your case.

The trimix injections are the way to go while you wait for surgery. Be sure you work with your doctor on the strength of trimix (they come in all different strengths, but there is a dose where eventually, you are maxed out (on the dose). Cock ring obviously is not the greatest when it comes to being filmed.

Those bumps are a side effect of the injections, so it does appear that you should schedule the implant soon.

Do not be too scared of the idea of implant surgery, if you can get one that is sized properly (this will require a very experienced surgeon in your case) then your ability to perform in films will be very substantially improved (for example, film producers will appreciate the fact that you can last rock hard literally all day long, so they could do a full 8 hours of filming.)

(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

I do not remember what the biggest implant Dr. Eid has installed but Dr. Kramer installed a 27cm. I know Dr. Eid has put in some large ones too. Eid has a reputation of being able to hide the pump between and behind your balls which I think would be very important in your case and in the pictures I've seen of his work, no pump is visible. Lighting often highlights scars. I've noticed them on videos I've seen. Infrapubic installation may make the scar easier to see if you are trimmed much like the hernia and appendix scars I've seen though spray tan might hide it. I really think it would be hard to properly hide the pump infrapubically. These are things I would think about if I were you. Cheers man and all the best to you.

And you won't need a fluffer. :)

My pump isn't visible from any angle (although easily felt) and there is no visible scrotal scar.
