Anyone Had an Implant with Dr. Terlecki?

Postby alterr » Sat Jun 30, 2018 12:01 pm

have anyone had an implant done with Dr. Ryan Terlecki?
ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.

I know this is old but I just searched his name. I'm meeting with him in Jan. to discuss an implant and was wondering if anyone has ever used him and what they though of him.

Search his name as I did and found only one item audit was bad. Saw an assistant there and very unimpressed. If in NC look at Dr. Lentz as he has good reputation. I went to Dr. Kramer from Winston and traveled to Baltimore due to his reputation and watching videos and then speaking with him. Glad I did and would again in a heartbeat.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Insurance requires I stay in the Wake Forest Baptist system or they don't pay. :( So I guess I'll meet with him and RESEARCH.

Please don't blame the doctor for the actions of his staff. Instead, tell the doctor about the review... maybe he/she doesn't know what his/her staff are doing, give him the chance to fix the problem. I believe that most people would agree that is the fair thing to do :)

of time for things to improve, I can honestly say that I'm worse than I was before the implant. My surgeon was http://www.wfubmc.edu/Faculty/Terlecki-Ryan.htm I'm sorry to sound so negative.

The above was and is on this website. I think it was from 2011 and I did mention to him and he denied it was him. Found this interesting and moved on just in case. If not him, you may want to remove or contact person who placed it to verify.

dirtman1993, yea I saw that also. Like I said I've got an appt. on Jan. 15th with him. I'll check him out and do some research, ask for references and many other questions. I'm the type of person that if I have a problem with the staff or even the Dr I'll let it be know right then. This is a huge decision but I do have a small ace in the hole. My wife is a caregiver in WFBMC network and has several contacts through out so we might be able to get a little better inside insight if needed. I'll keep everyone interested updated on what I find.
