I'm a little over 3 weeks since surgery and I've been inflating for just over 2 weeks. I push the pump bulb hard as many times as I can, and it gets to the point where it doesn't seem like it's dosing anything more to inflate, but I'm not sure I'm inflating to max. After enough pumps, the bulb will depress just a little, but nothing seems to be going into the cylinders, and after that small initial depression it won't go further. Every 5 minutes I pump some more. But I'm still not sure.
My dick gets very hard, points up at about a 40 degree angle from vertical, and doesn't bend. But I don't feel as much of the pain that so many others have said they have when they stretch. Some guys say that they can't stand the pain after 10 to 20 minutes. I have some pain, but it's not so bad I can't stand it. And I can keep it fully inflated for an hour with the pain only gradually increasing.
Meanwhile, my scrotal skin is very sore from all this pinching and pressing. I've been trying to move the point of impression around a little, but there's only so much room for a good grip with my right hand.
I'm very interested in getting some of the growth in length and girth that is supposed to come from stretching. I've already seen some girth gains since the surgery, but not length.
I'd appreciate any thoughts in this regard.
Thanks,
Quincy.

You’re doing fine. I had soreness in my glans when fully pumped but nothing major. Everything sounds normal to me. Keep pumping.

Re: How do you know you've pumped up enough?
Quincy,
Just keep doing what you're doing. Best advice I can give is the one word I din't want to hear... Patience!
I'm still cycling 2x most days, at 11 months and still seeing slight gains. It's taken this long to get about 3/4". I think my girth growth might be done, but I always had a skinny dick
.
Keep "up" the good work.

Re: How do you know you've pumped up enough?
I am one of those that had a lot of pain. My circumstances that may have increased the pain are; I had some scaring from injections that seem more painful. Also a few years back I had a reaction to an antibiotic that caused all the skin on my glans to disintegrate right down to the blood vessels. This has never completely healed. and my surgeon pumped me to about 99% and left it that way for 4 weeks. At about 6 weeks the raw feeling of my scrotum skin cleared up. At 9 weeks I can stand about 30 minutes of hard pump and the most pain is in the wounded glans. Sounds like you are pumped hard enough. Everyone is different.

Re: How do you know you've pumped up enough?
Thanks to all of you for the replies and great info.
I'm not worried that I haven't grown yet since I'm only getting started. I'm just trying to make sure I'm doing things right.
We are indeed all different, and I'm sorry that some have had more pain. I'll keep working on it and be patient.
Quincy.

Try pumping twice a day for 2 hours each time. Worked for me.

How do you know?
It should feel very uncomfortable!
Until, as in my case after 18 months of using my rig, I now just pump to max and go to pleasure/work
