Well it's day 3 but lets go back to day one, Tuesday. Wail being prepped for the OR my wife pulled out a Supper Man shirt and black rimed glasses just as my surgeon walked in. He was so impressed that he had me pose for a picture, he was very amused  . Soon I was wheeled into the OR and someone said "good night" and that was it until about 1 1/2 hrs. later. My surgeon was very happy with the surgery, no problems. Went home about 4 hours later with Foley and drain bulb in hand. Both are a pain to deal with but I'm glad all of the blood and whatever else is in there is not in my body. Both come out tomorrow, Friday.
Day 2. sleeped OK last night, took a pain pill before I went to sleep. Pain kind of comes and goes, but never unbearable. Did a lot of sleeping that day.
Day 3. Got a good nights sleep last night, very little pain, more of a dull pain mostly in the penis, so far no pain in the sack, but since I only have one testicle, there is lots of room for the pump, so that's a good thing. The Dr. left me completely flaccid, it is nice and plump and about 21/2" long. I hope I can start cycling it, at least part way, after my two week checkup.
No pain pills so far.
That's about it for now. Will send pictures after I get the Foley and drain out tomorrow.

Congrats. Sounds like the wife is supportive and a real “keeper”. I am 5 weeks post op as of today. Your pain level sounds similar to what experienced. Rest for the next couple of days and you will start feeling muh better very soon. I was told to use ice on 20minute cycles which really helped with the swelling. All the best!

Congratulations, Andy! You're done with the scary part, now you just need to heal. Sounds like you're doing great. You'll be out the other side in no time.

I am one week out Friday and all going well. Your Mrs. has a great sense of humor, love it.
Only thing I can add is ice is your friend. Best wishes....

Day 4. Did not sleep well last night, getting VERY tired of the recliner, I don't sleep well on my back, hope to use the bed tonight. Got the Foley out this morning :D but because I am still draining, they want to wait till Monday to remove the drain, which I'm OK with. There is no drain in the scrotum and there is fluid in there which is making it somewhat sore. Penis is a little tender but not sore. Something new for me, and I have had lots of Foley's, before she pulled it out she put in a fair amount of saline to the point that I said "I have to pee", which is what she wanted. Then she pulled the Foley out :o , very carefully, And I said thank you :P , and had me pee in a bottle just to make sure I could before she sent me home. That all went well ;) .
Ball (and pump) sack is very dark in color but sure that will go away after some time. Overall, so far, pain has not been horrible just uncomfortable. I'll try to get pictures Monday or Tuesday. That's about it for now.

Day 5, Sunday. Had quite a surprise :o this morning when I woke up at 4am, I had a full on erection! Thought that couldn't happen anymore! Dick was tender, but no pain. It went away in a few minuets but was nice to feel :D . I see the Dr. in a week and will ask about this and if it can cause a problem with the implant being it is completely deflated. I don't know what I could do about it though since I have had nocturnal erections all my life. I have had some engorgement since the implant but nothing like last night. How about the rest of you :??
Otherwise not much pain, haven't taken any pain pills since Thursday evening. Penis very tender, scrotum very VERY tender, and the whole area very black and blue. Should have some pictures up tomorrow.

That s a good sign, meaning the cavernous tissue is still in tact, and you will have good bloodflow during arousal. I am jealous of you! ;)
