No need to. Besides that would puncture the implant.

The surgeon may inject you to get a measurement prior to surgery. After implant never inject. Puts holes in implant. Better answer!!

Now ...is there is N0 such thing as a dumb question !

Sometimes there are poorly worded questions ,not well thought through questions or questions asked by those with limited knowledge.

"Do Implant[ers] Use Injections ?"

"[ERS] and N0T [EDS] or [EES]

Could "Implanters" possibly refere to Surgeons ?
Possibly something like, "Do surgeons utilize injections to test for potential size prior to performing a proceedure ?"

An "Implantee" would be the person receiving the implant. Would it not ?

An "Implanter" would be the person performing the implant .

It might seem "logical" to some, not to stick a needle into a balloon , but possibly not.

Sometimes it is better to ask for cclarification, rather than making assumptions and giving hastey dumb answers.

Then ... there are "Trolls" .....
....., but try to recall how little you may have known at the beginning of your Journey and try to be tolerant.

Also agree. After entering my dumb remark, I also thought he may have been talking about the injection the implanter may use to measure to determine length. Should have deleted the post at that time. With the AMS there is a tool the implanter pushes into the corpa area and another pushed into the cruse. With my doc the cruse measurement was what he installed as RTE and the corpa measurement is the size of the implant tubes. He did not inflate me. I did tell him what my total trimix length was corpa and cruse before the operation.

Think about what happens when you pull your injection needle back out of one of your hollow cylinders!

There ARE injections to use on a penis with an implant.

The implant makes to corpora cavernosum erect. It does nothing for the corpus spongiosum. There are injections to get the spongiosum engorged. Usually they are done by a surgeon in an office visit and only applied to the glans, result in an engorged glans and last a few months. I don't know much more about them..

Putting a needle into the shaft of an implanted penis is almost guaranteed to puncture the implant and ruin it.

If the original question was about testosterone injections (rather than what was assumed to be penile injections), it is a valid question with an answer that might be of wide interest.

No such thing as a dumb question, asked sincerely and before calling anyone a troll, it would be prudent to read their posting history.
