AMS 700, even deflated, I have to be careful when turning over. It will jamb into the mattress and need to be guided into the up position. When deflated it is about like in the old days of having a semi hard on. I like it.

I am a little over 7 weeks post op and can now sleep comfortably on side / stomach without much discomfort when deflated of course. I’m sure it will continue to get easier with time. Prior to this it was uncomfortable for sure.

SeaG1ant,
There are always risks involved, but some information you posted is just wrong! Everything should be the same except maybe the fact that you have a bionic dick and can fuck for hours if you don't cum:)!
Orgasm and pleasure should be the same, but before embarking, check your levels.
As for sleeping, yes, for a while you will not be able to sleep on your stomach. Keep reading on here in FT. Lots of information on how others who went before you did things. Get ideas on how to deal with stuff. Make FT a daily visit:)
As for the penis shortening, in the beginning, you will miss inches. But as other guys on here have said, cycle like crazy to get it back!

At just over 4 months now, I can sleep on my belly with my dick either pointing to my belly or my balls. There's more an issue with my remaining belly fat getting in my way than with my dick.

I have only been to the point where I could position it up or down for the past couple of weeks.
