Having been violated in several ways for treatment of prostate cancer twice and the implant surgery, It took a lot a kagels to get back to near total continence. I worked down to a tiny little drips pad for just in case. I had never had any issues with pain from my pump corners pushing against my sack due to pressure from my pants until I got down to the tiny pad.
