Nope... is it painful or uncomfortable? Is it awkward or get in the way?

Good morning Larry, first I want to thank 6guage for posting the pictures for me! To answer your question, it's very uncomfortable and the tubing does not give, it only moves slightly (1/4"). It hinders full use of what little I have left. My surgeon has stated that it's fine, but he will do a revision, however, "he nor can any surgeon guarantee where the tubing will go" as there is no place to anchor them. I mentioned all the videos and that you don't see the tubing like mine. He said they don't show close ups so you can't see the tubes. I respectfully said the videos zero in pretty close. I asked if he had seen this in other IPP patients and he says "every day." My surgeon is Coloplast's "Center of Excellence" (COE) in Las Vegas so I contacted Coloplast, all they did was suggest I get a second opinion from the next closest "COE" in So. CA. Personally, I feel that something is not quite right, that is why I wanted to see if anyone else dealt with this. VegasED

Yep same exact same problem with mine, the Uro didn’t place the pump low enough in the scrotum, had to have a revision.

Question, when you inflate the implant does it point straight or to the side?

Thanks for your response PCHelp26180, when inflated it sticks straight out (not up at all). It goes to the right when deflated, however there isn't a huge difference between inflated and deflated. As you see in the pictures, my balls (testicles) still don't hang low in scrotum. Just recently, I feel as if the sack might be dropping a tiny bit. I asked him if when they (nuts) drop down to normal will the tubing drop down out of the way then. All he would say is "I didn't change your anatomy!" "Your testicles & tubing will go where they want to go." The pump does feel like it's down as low as it could be in scrotum. Was your revision on 7/7/15? Did the tubing bulge go away then? Vegas

My revision was Jan 2018, the tubing bulged and the pump adhierd to the base of the penis. It was very uncomfortable, now the pump is beneath the left testical where it belongs. Looks completely natural, my trouble is the same as before before the revision, when I inflate the penis point about 25 degrees to the right. It’s like the right cylinder or maybe the RTE is to short
