Guys, get the Hitachi Magic Wand. Start massaging the back and work your way down to the clit while you are fucking her you standing by the bed. That thing will bring out the little girl of a 4000 year old mummy.
All the best.

I am approaching 9 months since I got my implant. It is GREAT!!! Yes, if I could have a fully functioning natural penis I would prefer it, but that was not going to happen. I had ED for 30 years and doctors just kept making me try all the different treatments and finally a new doctor mentioned implants. I was never even aware of them.

I never lost sensitivity, but when I couldn’t get hard, I often didn’t orgasm, even if I ejacukated. I ended up having Prostate Cancer and had my Prostate removed. It did not further damage my erections, but left me unable to ejaculate. I find now with my implant and dry ejacultions my orgasms are the strongest they have ever been and that includes when I was a horny teenager. I attribute it to the quality of my erection and I am no longer focused on just shooting my load, but all the sensations I didn’t pay close attention to before.

My lifelong penis size was 5” flaccid and 6.6” hard, but due to long term ED and Prostate surgery it was down to 2” at best when soft, and often less then that and 4.5” hard. After I fully healed from implant surgery it was 5” deflated and 6” fully inflated. I have an AMS LGX so my doc still thinks I may gain both length and girth so I could potentially end up back at my original 6.5” size.

My wife says I am a new man. It is not just the sex, which she loves, but also my overall happiness and attitude. We enjoy sex 3-4 times a week, which I am very grateful for at age 62.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I haven't got to use mine yet. My 6 week post-op appointment coming next week. Just received a e-mail from my Dr. this morning telling me not to use it until then even thought I'm feeling really good and able to use it. I read on here that some of you were able to test it out at three weeks but I have to wait till 6 weeks, boo hoo. Am so looking forward to my first time. I'll probably have a heart attack. Always said I want to die on top of a beautiful woman.
I haven't heard anyone say anything about the scrotum getting sore from pumping. I've just been pushing on mine for the last few days just to get the feel of things, and my scrotum is pretty sore. What happens when you start cycling full bore every day? How long before the scrotum gets used to that manipulation?

This is a great thread. Thanks for starting it, and thanks to all who have replied. I'm also very interested in the questions rancherejim has asked about scrotal soreness. I've lightly pressed on the pump to see if it has any give while in the bath. It doesn't.

As I mature, 64 now, there are things some 64 year old men that aren't Implanted just can't do anymore. I can come at least twice or three times a day. My orgasms are screaming intense Everytime. My dick never goes soft during intercourse. It is always ready to fuck anytime even if I have medication or something to drink. Nothing can stop my erection. At my age, I'd much rather be Implanted. My real dick couldn't hold UP!

I had pubic entry. Scrotum wasn't cut. That is why I can use it at 4 weeks. BUT, there was still pain inside my dick at 5 weeks. Getting much better at going on 7 weeks. Takes a long time to orgasm. Oral is amazing when I can get it.

Yup it takes a long time to orgasm but, isn't that a good thing?

overall, the implant has been one of the best decisions I have made. I would do it again in a minute. I wish I had done it sooner. Sex is just like others on this thread have described. For me, the sensations of thrusting with a rock hard cock are amazing. the orgasm is intense. the capability to keep on going for a while after orgasm is such a great feature. My sensastion is just like before, so all my nerves are totally good, though I do still come a little sooner than I would like; but coming quick has been a liflong thing for me.
My biggest problem is that although I can perform like a porn movie stud, and I feel like a porn movie stud, my wife is just not into sex as much as some of the other wives on this site seem to be. But that has nothing to do with the implant; rahter, it has everything to do with changes in her body, mood, psyche. She is jealous that I could have this operation which has been like a fountain of youth for me (I feel more optimistic, happier, content, and potent than at anytime in the last ten years).

So, in sum, having the implant has taken me from being a hopeless impotent male, and transformed me back into my 30 year old self.

Sex is better than in my twenties. Orgasms have gone from 4 seconds to 40 seconds; although that has to do with the RP, not the implant.
All in all, I think that this will be elective surgery in the next twenty years for guys who don't have serious ED. My wife likes it better too as I don't go from hard to soft to hard; which had caused her pain. Now we found a relaxing position and we take our time and enjoy; no longer worried about it going flaccid at the worst possible time.
Also, the flaccid penis doesn't look bad, either.
