Foreplay arousal implant

Postby ringo1 » Wed Jun 06, 2018 2:48 pm

I have basically almost done all I can since the past 5 month with ED..due to VL and now feel as if I am in jail my life is put on hold just like prison but I sure ill beat the crap out of this. Not giving up..
But I am a young guy and seriously lately some 10/10 women had hit on me and I backed.out..sucks..the more hot the women the more the anxiety.

I have read all comments from both young and old.memebers how life with an implant.
For old dudes it is for sure not an easy decision but they must be appreciated for taking the surgery in their 50 60 70.but most of them here are is stable long term relationships .

But for guys in 30 40 the dynamics of an implant are totally diffrent ..if it fails its either suicde or the monastry specially single guys who are looking for partner or.plan to have a family.

Now a few month back when I was ok whenever I had sex I would really get into it like a lot of foreplay and that foreplay resulted in great turn on for me and my partners

Now since I have ED whenever I attempt sex with Cialis I just am into humping the right word would be pounding...with much delayed orgasm. I really don't like it... I feel what's the point of foreplay ....

People with implant specially young guys let's say before foreplay you inflate and.then you iniciate foreplay ..with no blood going to corpora cavernosa or no natural erection does it feel weird...I mean with no natural erection .can you get aroused enough to have the same PASSION in sex just like before an implant...ehat i mean is you.kiss a girl ..the real reason you are missing her is to get tired on and have a boner...do u guys kiss with the same passion as before

I have found that women are incredibly understanding if you level with them. And good sex is possible without erections. I recognize that this solution is not acceptable for many men/couples, but it is something to consider as an alternative or something to have in the meantime before a more acceptable solution.

Keep your hand (or tongue or toys, whatever) in the game. Keeping your MIND in the game will keep hers in there, too. And, after all is said and done, the mind is the biggest sex organ we have and for women, is essential.

I don't know if I am an exception. I am 69 and habitually practised serial monogamy. Multiple partners, but only one at a time. And I intend to continue so. Of course my E.D. may have contributed to that lifestyle and this may change, but for right now, I am in the same boat as younger single guys, but with more wrinkles.

I have been adjusting to having an implant for several months now. Yes, the arousal I used to get when getting "frisky" with a girl is not apparent in my penis any more. My penis used to respond like a speedometer needle. Now, that (however weak it was in recent years) erection which was an assurance that I was attracted is gone for all practical purposes. The implant pretty much guarantees no more natural erections.

So, I pay attention to other cues. And, like I said before, arousal is in the mind. I fuel my passion more with her passion (and pay more attention to it as well, which she appreciates,m let me assure you) than my own physical arousal.

Anticipating HER orgasms is a bigger turn-on than anticipating my own.

Having said that, let me give you an example that may reassure you. When snuggling with my girl and she reaches over and fondles my genitals, I used to get semi-erect and it felt GOOD. Both her touch and my erection. Now, the erectile response is missing but her hand still feels good. The good feeling of the spontaneous erection may lessen my physical pleasure, but the mental pleasure I have knowing that the "Will I be able to stay hard?" question is settled is GREAT. And when I DO pump up, the pleasure of the straining of my erection is nearly indistinguishable from what it felt like when I was a teenager.

As I said before, passion is in the mind.

No weird feeling in the penis, except absolute steadiness/reliability. But I am (happily) getting used to that.

Corpora Spongiosum does still respond with engorgement in most men. If you had it before implant (which most men apparently do not pay much attention to) you will likely have it after. Your glans engorges and firms up. Your shaft, outside the Tunica Albuginea, engorges, fattens up and feels good.

My final piece of advice is to PAY ATTENTION to her arousal and your mental arousal will follow. Your penis' physical arousal (with an implant) is a foregone conclusion and needs absolutely no concern, freeing you from the anxiety of "Will I stay hard" which frees you to pay attention to HER. She will respond to that in ways you never imagined.

Good luck. If less invasive solutions can possibly suffice, use them. Something better than an implant (or better implants) are being explored all the time. Remember, an implant is not a cure any more than a prosthetic limb or replacement knee is a cure for amputation or joint deterioration. It is the best we have right now, though.

Read this thread "Subtle Erection" wherein I believe I expressed some of the same thoughts you have.

The responses from the other members should be reassuring and encouraging.

Of course!
There are some strange nuances that you have to get used to, but it sure is a hell of a lot better than Fighting ED and a Dick that won’t cooperate.
That’s much more strange

Yeah, us old guys escaped from the nursing home just long enough to dry hump what we thought was a hot chick but because of our old eyes didn't realize it was a tree

But for guys in 30 40 the dynamics of an implant are totally diffrent ..if it fails its either suicde or the monastry specially single guys who are looking for partner or.plan to have a family.

Just what do you think all us OLD timers do if our implant fails? Oh yeah, we can join the priesthood so we can mentor all you youngins with fucked-up implants that didn't wanna commit suicide.

Now a few month back when I was ok whenever I had sex I would really get into it like a lot of foreplay and that foreplay resulted in great turn on for me and my partners

Yeah, right, quick, hump her while you can still keep it up.. the 3 pump chump.

Now since I have ED whenever I attempt sex with Cialis I just am into humping the right word would be pounding...with much delayed orgasm. I really don't like it... I feel what's the point of foreplay ....

Maybe for her.. foreplay actually helps make me horny

WRONG. The glans has it's own blood supply and I still feel like I am getting an erection. I have to pump up to finish getting hard enough for intercourse but passion isn't a physical thing, it's emotional. The 5 F's of sex (find em, feel em, finger em, fuck em, forget em) gets stale really quick. You don't need a girl to get your rocks off. I make love to my wife, I fuck other people's. :)

With my AMS LGX it is almost as large deflated as it is hard. If I anticipate sex, I pump it 50% or so. That is hard enough for assisted penetration. Then the glans are super sensitive. A little rubbing on anything is same as teen age days. Once that softy is inserted for a while I don't think any girl would complain if you pulled it and gave it 5 more pumps. You don't want it rock hard for sex. It is just to hard. I know that is hard to imagine.
