Definitely a 10 for me. Understand that I am rating my implant, not comparing it to my natural erections pre Prostate cancer. It meets my expectations in every way. I enjoy being able to do things that a natural could never do which helps make up for the loss of the natural function.

An unlimited capacity to perform and please your partner is awesome!

3/10 because of loss of sensitivity with both implants (frequently can't reach orgasm during sex); urine dribbling down my leg after urinating (with both implants); implant blew out and had to be replaced after just 4.5 years of moderate usage (hopefully this new one will last the 10 years they claim as average....).

It takes 6 months of patience. It’s an evolutionary process, both mentally and physically.

I would rate mine a 9-10 as far as to length and girth with the LGX. Reason for a 9 is because I think the MS pump is not all that great. Valve does stick every once in a while.

Would you mind sharing why you're so unhappy with it that you're having it removed?

I would give mine a 6. I'm glad that I can get an erection without pills or injections but i'm not at all happy with the loss in girth and length. I've lost about and inch on each. Also I have to agree that peeing has been a task lately. It seems that when I'm done I have about an ounce still left that I have to shake out or have the I just pissed my pants look. But all in all at least it's better than the alternative.

****Update**** A little over 5 months since I left above post. Now that I've gotten used to my implant, I actually am going to change my rating to a 9. These things are quirky but eventually you get used to them and they become part of you. I couldn't imagion my life without my implant. I felt that I needed to update this because there will be someone in my same shoes wondering if things get better. They do.

Any loss in length is enexcusable. There is no reason you should lose length unless there are pre existent circumstances. I used my Stretching Routine and regained .5 inches. You are almost 3 months post opp. Now is a good time to begin stretching especially since you have an AMS CX. Please PM or email me if you have any questions.

Donnie Ive tried your stretching routine. The problem is that after 20 or so pumps i cant squeeze the pump anymore. Its rock hard.
