how long before it is easy to squeeze pump?

Hi everyone. It's been 3 months since implant placement. The pump is still really difficult to squeeze. When does it get easier? I usually deflate before I inflate. I usually get a pop, but can only squeeze once or twice. Occasionally, it is easy..but 90% of time it is difficiult.

I frequently only get three or four squeezes in, I'm not sure why BUT, for some goofy reason it is still rock hard. I have noticed that if I move my thumb and finger just a tiny bit, all of a sudden it is easy to squeeze. I was using a electric heating pad to ease up the pliability of the rubber but, I think by the time 3 months came around, it was easier. Some times I get in only 3 or 4 squeezes but other times I can get as many as 32, not sure why BUT, I convinced myself a long time ago that when I am banging the shit out of my wife, she doesn't care how many squeezes I got in and neither should I.

I could barely distinguish the pump from my testicles for several weeks. When I went in for my 4 week activation appointment it was easy to find the pump, but still not easy to ump it. I would say by 6 weeks it was getting pretty easy and it may have been a couple weeks more before I got in the 35 or so umps I get now.

All I can offer are those two words we hate to hear: patience and time. Everything becomes easier, but not overnight, brother.

Thanks for all the replies. Larry..after 4 pumps are you 90% inflated?
Also for me after 3-4 pumps, I feel like i'm only 60% inflated. I expected pain on inflating near max, but i haven't experience that yet. Is this normal?

At six months out, I haven’t noticed that the actual Pump is any softer.
Having a loose scrotum is always helpful. Putting a heating pad on your scrotum for 3 to 5 minutes and then Deflating can be much easier. I have absolutely no issues at this point, but it was challenging for the first 3 to 4 months.

I know, it weird and doesn't make any sense, That was a while ago. I am up to 20 or 30 wall to wall pumps now. Maybe the 3-4 pumps was in an area where it was stuck in place by scar tissue and it has now broken free... When I was having problems squeezing the pump, I put an electric heating pad on my balls... not only did it feel great but it loosened up the rubber pump and made it easier to squeeze. Give that a try.
