How long does it take for the pump finally to seat it`s self within the scrotum?
How do you inadvertently avoid twisting the tubing when using the pump located in your scrotum?

Not sure it ever really LOCKS into place. Mine moves around a lot but I just have a pump relocation revision so I'm not sure. As far as twisting the tubes, I'd say it's a practice thing. It is for me right now anyway.
