PM ,Tryin2hard, I researched the forum and can find nothing helpful for you. Tryin2hard is from MI and researched the same thing and flew to Dr Eid in NY. He could probably fill you in on his search and info on what it takes to fly to Eid.
Also PM ShopMan, he had an implant I Grand Rapids MI in 2016.

doctor stockall at capital urological associates in okemos,mi did mine on 7/24/18 .

i had mine done in Grand Rapids MI. Urology Associates. Dr Ratchford did mine on July 6, 2018.

I had mine done by Dr. Paolone in Madison, WI. I had received several good referrals from other guys before I flew out there to have him do it. I am very pleased. I did not lose a cm. in length. PM me if you like.
