Slow recovery for some?

Postby Galevin » Tue May 15, 2018 1:39 pm

I’m about 5 weeks out and still moving slowly. Not necessarily sore but I’m exhausted with not much energy. Didn’t expect this Titan implant to take so much of my energy away. I’d like to go back to the gym but probably may take another week. Is it just me or did the implant surgery kick the crap out of some of you guys and make you very weak for several weeks afterward? Like to hear others tell me about their post op recovery.
Thanks
Gerald

It hurt me. I was thinking maybe it was the general anesthesia that I do not tolerate now. At 8 weeks I am just starting to get back to where I need to be. For me it was about week 7 where I was moving around close to normal. Now with all the setting around taking it easy for all those weeks I have more weeks getting back to where I was before surgery.

Take care, you will get better.

I am now in week 6, and it has taken time. Not just the pain in your cock, but it generally takes a bit out of you, at least for me.

I now do feel much better, and more active, but my cock is still a bit sore - I am 2 weeks into cycling.

It just takes time

I am sore and tired. I think it is the constant pain that beats me up. 4 weeks post implant. My URO had me stiff for all the last 4 weeks. I guess it his version of sure fire stretching. Yesterday he deflated it and told me to cycle every day or maybe twice a day. It still hurts deflated but not quite as bad. I don't even want to inflated it. Going to give it a couple of days and see if pain subsides. AMS lgx, is still pretty chunky when flaccid. I think it is completely deflated.

My pain was gone in a couple of days, but it took 12 weeks for me to heal fully. My incision (scrotal) was very slow to heal and had to be re-sutured at about 6 weeks. I think this was because I scrubbed too vigorously in the shower and disturbed the scab. I am also diabetic and heal slowly due to that as well.

5 weeks post surgery. Still have pain in my dick, mostly from the dog ears. I can’t wait to get home and pump up just enough to get the wrinkles out. I have some pain from RTEs and pain from the pump placement. All the pain is somewhat manageable, just pretty constant.

I started back at the gym last week, Doc said I could. I am lifting a little light and walking. Walking bothers me more than lifting.

I will say that this process has taken a bigger toll on me than I expected.

The plan is to try it out tomorrow!
