Used a Pos-T-Vac before implant. Venous leakage so bad needed two rings to keep erection. It was hell pulling a ring over my engorged dick head. It also made my dick to hard for my wife. She loves my stiff but soft dick now.

Yes, it will break eventually (maybe sooner, maybe later). All mechanical things break at some point.... My first implant broke after 4 1/2 years...

And I assumed that my first one would last 10 years or longer (as the manufacturers say), but it didn't make it quite half that long. I was shocked (and angered) when it broke. Hopefully my new one will last longer. But don't believe all the hype about them lasting for a long time. YMMV.... My most recent surgeon said he would not charge me anything if he has to replace this most recent one (but I would have to pay the anaestheseologist).
