After being implanted for 2+ years now, I can't be more pleased with the size of my new deflated dick. I will never be flaccid again as my implant fills me out. I used to be 3" flaccid on a good day. Now I grow to 7" but now my deflated dick is much larger and longer. Anyone who I'd implanted experiences this wonderful benefit to an implant. Yes, please post flacid pix. I realize an implant is all about hard. To me, flacid is about feeling normal. Maybe that's not possible. I'd like to know what is possible before I take the jump.
ED 26 years. 1995->Pills->Shots->Implant penoscrotal Implanted Feb2021, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal, 100cc reservoir. Looking forward to revision with a better Doctor.

Posted before, but since you asked. Before my implant, my flaccid dick was an embarrassment both with and without my pants on. Most of the time less then an inch. To pee, I had to dig it out, pull it, and hang on to it so I wouldn't pee all over myself. NOW thanks to my Titan implant, I'm 3.5" to 4" ALL THE TIME flaccid. Look ma, no hands, when I pee, love to show it off, and do. I now have a package in my pants. I love my new dick!

39 year old. Primary Hypogonadism. TRT+ pills worked for years then didn't. TRIMIX for 2 years but too much pain and scarring made things worse. Implanted w/ Titan 20cm + 1 cm RTE 11/6/18. Activated and started having sex again at week 4.
