My Titan never goes below 5:00 even when squeezed dry. And, it doesn't really bend when deflated/flaccid. It kinda folds when forced. It's actually the same size inflated or deflated. When pumped up it just gets harder and higher. I've only had it 6 months so maybe it hasn't been broken in yet. But, it definitely ain't natural in appearance.

I have Titan and I am very disappointed with how it feels, looks and hangs or better said, how it sticks out unnaturally.
I am 71 day post implant and my penis is at 3:30 o’clock position with no sign of softening. Your penis is much longer compared to mine 18+1 RTE.
Wondering, when you with much longer penis were not able to get better flaccid hung; what then can I expect and hope for?
Since you had a both, how do you like your AMS LGX and how does it feel compared to Titan.
I hate mine. It brought me more frustration and disappointment then joy.

Smetro has 22+1.5RTE. How does it compare to mine 18+1RTE?
Let’s be honest and compare aplles to aplles.
I did not see single guy with my measurements that was very happy with Titan, not just at the beginning of journey, even at year or two ?
Titan is good only forhuge guys like Smetro, maxxx our couple of others.
It is not good choice for short guys like me.
I blindly trusted my doc to choose it for me without much questioning and that was huge mistake on my side.

I am short and in my case Titan was not good choice and I can not enjoy it because of to much discomfort and pain with pumping andwith sex. My wife can not enjoy se either. Bumps and humps and trades are making sex for her very uncomfortable and painful.
Inflated straighten a bit with still very prominent dog ears especially on left side of my penis and deflated is real disaster.

Ya know what buddy... I think you should tell your doc and see if he will remove it and give you the AMS. After all, there is no point having it if you can't use it. Ask, what do you have to lose.

Sorry, but I think you have other issues aside from the Titan. I am a small guy, 5.5" before implant, 5.4" now, erect. What I wanted from the implant was a hard dick for sex and a flaccid dick I could see and feel, I got both. When flaccid, I am now 3.5+", hangs at about 4:30 and it gives me a nice visible package which I have never had. I don't have any of the problems described by MK1965. I think these guys that have all of these problems should blame their doctors for being a little too aggressive with the size of their implant. Looks to me that their implant is to large for their dicks. You can't stuff 10 pounds of shit into a 5 pound bag, to put it bluntly, especially with a Titan. Just my opinion.

I never heard on this forum such thing as oversized implant.
You are the first one to mention it.
Honestly, I do not think of oversizing as a problem in my case.
Would any doc risc something like that in oversizing the patient with longer tubing then what corpora can to accommodate?
