Vacuum pumping over an implant.

I have compared notes with 5 people who did this, 2 with permission from their doctor. I am now convinced that vacuum pumping helps to break in the implant cylinder in some fashion. I do not know whether it breaks scar tissue or helps the cylinder stretch and free up elasticity but especially with an AMS, within 2-3 sessions they suddenly regain lost size they were not able to achieve for months after the implant. I have read this is a new suggestion SOME doctors are now giving approval to their patients. Ask your doctor first but for me, I would go for it in a heartbeat. Cheers

Thanks for digging into this for us. Size is a HUGE thing for men and actually confirming treatment options is most appreciated. :)

Actually, no digging. I seem to have a large following of people who experiment, research, and compare notes with me about their favorite appendage. Maybe the doctor was correct when he called me a legend though I would assign that nomenclature to Merrix. A preschooler could look at his 50,000 view count on 1 thread and see that.

Sounds promising. Is the prosthesis inflated or deflated when vacuum pumping?

I also had an AMS LGX implanted using infra pubic technique. I lost some length. But more troublesome is the fact, that I dont feel any stimulation that leads to arousal or orgasm, when its inflated. I cant get to arousal and orgasm even if I masturbate. I can orgasm and feel stimulation when I masturbate with the implant deflated though. My Dr. doesnt know what to say. He looks at me like Im crazy. And cant give me any answers. He says hes never heard of a situation like mine. I need to get a second opinion. Something is very wrong. Re: pumping, do I pump with the implant inflated or deflated? Thanks

Not much to add but I did have a consultation with Dr. eid today. We briefly discussed the glans not engorging with an implant like it does with a VED. He simply said you can still use a VED after an implant without a retention band. That certainly suggests that you can use it inflated.

My understanding is the ones who tried it did it pumped to the max, then lubed up so the cylinder would not skin grab. I tried my cylinder. I can barely get it over the hump ridge where the old tubing was. some told me they can pump in a few more pumps when they used the cylinder but for me, I could not grasp enough of the pump to be able to squeeze the bulb plus the cylinder would trigger the deflate button. I can say, that even though the deflate valve was triggered, dick did not deflate but would quickly when I deflated the cylinder tube. I have been told 2-15 minutes. A couple was all I tried. Any vacuum would have to be an "assist" from a mechanical standpoint. I was told 4 hg was recommended but I have been as high as 15 before on mine, mainly because of cavernosa scaring that took that much to inflate one side. That is WAY too much for most people and I have no idea how much is too much with an implant. Rule of pumping is if you get little red spots (blood spots from cell ruptures) you have used too much vacuum. Another rule has always been if it hurts it is too much.
