I wouldn't touch this thread with a kilometer long stick. Not read it and hope nobody is attacking someone as being a "promotor" for some doctor.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Everyone who has had a successful, relatively painless, complication free, implant surgery can truthfully say they had a good implant surgeon. For me, mine was Andrew Kramer, Baltimore Maryland. Small incision, fast healing, great post surgery care, no drainage tubes, no scaring. And above all, It Works.

Mine is in my info. The doctor is excellent. The hospital is lame. I had 2 surgeries. Turip repair on Friday, Implant on following Monday. That was fine but hospital didn't follow the doctor's instructions. The employee moral has gone to hell since being taken over by the Franciscans. It was much better before. It should have improved. I am a Catholic.

Thanks for all the responses. It's very helpful for all of us trying to decide where and who to go to for an implant.

I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan IPP in 2007 by Dr. Hossein Sadeghi-Nejad at Hackensack UMC in NJ after developing ED Post-Prostatectomy in 2004.
I am completely satisfied and very happy that I chose him as my Penile Implant Surgeon.
My wife and I have been enjoying my Titan IPP for 10+ years and counting!!

Dr. Andrew Kramer
Baltimore, MD

I would do it again 100 times over. Kramer in my opinion is the perfect surgeon. He understands that the surgery is only one part of the procedure. He goes out of his way to ensure you have the best possible experience. I will continue to pray for him cos he's doing God's work

What he said...Dr. Kramer did a spectacular job for me...great doctor who actually cares about his patients, amazingly accessible if you have any questions/problems post-procedure. He and his office staff/UMMC team are the absolute best.
