You lost 2 inches ? That's kind of a lot to give up. Maybe it's due to the swelling??

Well lets recap. I have not fully inflated. My swelling only lasted 3 days after surgery. My actual activation is in 3-4 days I know once I start cycling I will not be to concerned with over all size, truth be told I didn't have an issue getting an erection before the implant I had an issue with maintaining it for prolonged sexual encounters. Cum this Wednesday when I am officially granted the use of my new man toy I am going to go for broke trying to get every last pennies worth of insurance money out of this thing.

Guys I got the Titan 22+1, I could not be happier, I was never very big, plus my cock was bent like a bananna, mine was revision surgery the current surgeon said the first one was never sized properly. I can remember measuring my dick when I was a teenager, it was never 6ins, used to be like 5 3/4 can't remember girth. Now at six months with the Titan it is about 6 1/4 and 5 1/4 in girth so I have had some gains, which makes me very happy,I am continuing to cycle agressivly and might see some more gains, also it is almost straight, praise the Lord, I love it.

Swelling is crazy right now. Only 3 days since surgery but, I am ready for it to be gone. Everything looks so small right now lol. Ugh. Thank goodness this all will pass and I will be as good as new again soon. Trying to stay positive.

I have 22cm + 1cm RTE on one cylinder. I'm about 6 3/4 currently - 2 months in

If it helps at all......I am 16 months post op and with 22cm Titan plus 1.5 rte’s ......I pump up to just over 7”....gotta be happy with that!
Gained about 3/4 inch over a year of cycling and constant use.

6 inches seems like a good / realistic result for this implant.

I would be disappointed to lose girth also , but maybe thats a temporary thing.

Keep posting on your progress size wise , ill do the same.....im due for my next inflation in 4 weeks time.

I have the same Titan, implanted back in November. I'm 6" now with average pumping, nearly 6.5" if I really pump it to max (which I usually don't). I was 6.5 before surgery. Haven't lost girth. When flaccid I'm much thicker than before but when pumped up, it's pretty much similar to what it was before (though I never measured before to compare to the after). Even if I lost a bit of size, it's still a world of difference have boner on command.

I had the titan installed about 4 months ago. Starting with 5.75 inches using vacumn pump or injection, I ended up with only 2.5 inches. You guys are lucky. Anyone got any ideas what I can do?

Are you saying you are 2.5" fully inflated? If so, do the tips of you implant extend into the head of your penis?

I’d consult w a high volume implant doc, seems like something went wrong or at the very least is highly unusual and may need some follow up-perhaps quickly before perm loss of length? Sorry to hear this.

10 cm is the shortest implant Coloplast makes. That is 3.9" I don't know why they even make one that size. Assuming 2.5" up ( the dick size you now claim) and 2.5" down, that would be a 13cm implant. Considering I am not a big guy and I had 11cm down, it is hard for me to fathom such a total f'k up to go from a 5" dick to 2 1/2" with a titan. DonBecker claimed to have gone down to 3" with his Titan though. Find you a qualified doctor who knows what he or she is doing and have a consult. Make sure it is not some idiot quack that you get another book in a set of encyclopedias with every visit. d
