I have been implanted for 3 years now. My orgasms are intense and I can have as many as 3 in 30 minutes ( I haven't tried yet to have more but with a dick that stays hard. Who knows.

If the 64 in your signature is your age you must have a superhuman refractory period. Most guys lose the ability to ejaculate a second time in a half hour in their 20's and 30's.

I have experienced the same thing. They get more intense than previous ones. After about 3 I’m exhausted.

Holly SH!T guys. Why wasn't this side effect in the brochure! haha. A working dick AND intense orgasms...what's not to like.

Some guys have less intense sensations, orgasms etc. Surgery is traumatic and nerves are not always spared (usually this is accidental, but sometimes unavoidable). An implant cannot guarantee improved orgasmic response. See the sub-forum on delayed ejaculation and anorgasmia (or search on the term).

After just one, my energy level falls off a cliff. I am just glad my erection does not. If I am well-rested, I can continue and my girlfriend and I often switch positions to one which is less demanding and more relaxed (we call it the X-Scissors) position where neither of us has to expend any effort. We can even fall asleep and when we reawaken, resume coitus.

The position: She is on her back with knees raised so I can lie on my side perpendicular to her with my penis in her vagina. Her leg nearest my head drapes over my hips and my up-side leg is between her legs (knee on her chest and she can hold onto it) Her other leg drapes over my down-side leg. She can rock her hips. I can do thrusting motions. Or we can just relax and enjoy the engagement.

Getting back on topic:

My orgasms are about the same as before surgery. They were a bit delayed for the first few months. They are less intense than in my youth, though.

Hers are MUCH more numerous than they ever could have been without my implant. (We did not know each other before implant, but my experiences with sex guarantee this estimate is correct.) Unless you count cunnilingus.

When I cum I know you could hear me outside in my front yard! Don’t care!
