My opinion about Implant Longevity: - Worry is the Thief of Joy

Y’all are giving him waaaay too much credit. He’s a “concern troll”. Concern trolls pretend to be concerned about people that have a particular ailment, but are really just there to sow discord and make them feel bad about themselves. Message boards for people who are dieting or overweight are common stomping grounds for concern trolls. They do it for the lulz.

This guy uses AI to generate almost everything he does. He doesn’t actually know jack about anything, he’s just using AI. It’s highly doubtful he even has ED. He’s here to play a game, the game is to see if he can make you feel bad. When you express that he makes you feel bad, he gets off. It’s a game, he wants to win at it.

It’s annoying. But it is what it is. If it makes you feel better, just recognize how fucked up his life must be that he once spent inordinate amounts of time managing multiple accounts and using AI to create different personas and whatnot, all so he could troll a message board. And then he got caught and lost at his own game! Ever since he got exposed he spends less and less time here, because the lulz he got out of it is gone. Just ignore him.

I know there are many lurkers out here who appreciate reasonable and actual “frank” talk and don’t get lured by the farts and fog created by sales reps like Letoman or intellectually disabled individuals, mostly boomers. I get many PMs appreciating my work, but unfortunately, they don’t dare to say it publicly because otherwise they would be hunted down and banned by the cult leader Letoman and the other sheep. I’ll keep sharing my views and exposing sales reps and the miserable durability of IPPs.

I think we’ve spoken in the past. Yeah, I agree with you on the durability thing, only, just based on observation (I don’t trust the compromised studies), I think the average lifespan is around 5-6 years, shorter for the Titan (like I said, just based on my observation). I do feel that some of your concerns are a bit overstated, like infection risk, which can be mitigated by 1) absence of diabetes, and 2) ketogenic diet (studies have shown that it significantly reduces risk of post-op infection, including sepsis—bacteria need glucose). Lastly, while I appreciate that you are a critical voice, I don’t really understand how you propose to improve the IPP by (sometimes) attacking people on a message board. Many of us already have implants, and in the event of failure have only two options: 1) smack around our limp dicks, or 2) get a new one so we can have sex again. We’re not in a position to boycott the manufacturers by not buying their products; so I really don’t know what you want from us. Care to elaborate? That said, I do feel that your concerns add a nice counterbalance to the extensive positivity, allowing people considering an IPP to perhaps look at the situation more objectively. I absolutely feel that you should be able to speak your mind.
