Just curious. You mentioned getting morning wood still after the surgery. Did you have it before as well?

Yes I did. It didn’t last long enough to do anything with it. It was about 70 or 80% erect.
I haven’t heard of anyone regaining natural erectile function due to an implant being placed. But some of us have maintained function we had.
My surgeon told me he does what he can to not completely obliterate the tissue that is there. He said I might still have some erectile function and he was right.
