I was told to keep it pointing up for 4-6 weeks.

I wore a jockstrap with a slit cut in the pouch right underneath the waistband. My penis was well supported pointing up and the glans didn’t get crushed by the waistband. I wore boxer briefs over that so I didn’t feel like I was bare assed all day.

The pump and tubing has not caused any issues when fucking. I can’t really feel the tubing. Dr Eid did a nice job placing it and I can’t really feel the tubing at the base of the penis without really digging around and trying to fi d it.

The tubing to/from the pump is wrapped in a layer of tissue in the scrotum and is well hidden as well. Dr Eid said he does that to protect the tubing.

Ive been following your journal pretty close as you just ahead of mine.

As far as feeling pump and tubes, all seems fine even the first time we had sex, but Tuesday we were in the shower and every thrust after we got going for a while I could feel my balls swinging with the pump and tubes. Weird as hell. So, think we need to back it down a bit till I get a little further along.

I’m 6 months post-op and it’s been three months since my last update. I continue to be REALLY happy with this thing. My sensation is exactly as it was preop. No numbness. No pain. I absolutely love it.
Rock hard when I need it to be. NO ONE notices I had an IPP. Lots of hands (and mouths) have been on my cock and balls (and pump). Only one fuck buddy asked if I had a prosthetic testicle (the pump). It’s amazing. Probably because the Coloplast classic pump is round and the size of a testicle. No squared off edges.

Under clothes I always had a fuller package. I’m a little bigger now but not anything out of the ordinary looking. I did get rid of a couple pair of stretch dress pants that became too revealing, a VERY clear outline of my penis hanging down my pant leg showed. I’m all for having a good bulge but this left nothing to the imagination. You could CLEARLY see that I’m circumcised. LOL.

Now regarding size. I haven’t been cycling (purposely pumping to absolute maximum keeping it that way until uncomfortable) or doing “Perito Exercises” (bending it aggressively while pumped up to maximize size) in the last three months. Life is busy. I just haven’t been doing it. But I have been using it a lot with others and plenty of solo time. So it’s been getting a workout.

Preop I was was 7.125” (length) x 6.5” (girth)
Dr Eid estimated I would be 6.6” x 6.1”
Immediately post-op, 6.75” x 5.5”
1 month 7.125” x 5.875”
2 months 7.125” x 6”
3 months 7.375” x 6.25”
6 month no change.

So I’ve slightly exceeded my preop length (I probably had some shrinkage due to ED and this gets me closer to my younger size)
My girth is 0.25” smaller and I still hope to get that back in time.

But even if it doesn’t change and this is my final size it’s still big and I’m perfectly happy.

Here is a side by side comparison. Left side is preop. Right side is 6 months post op. Although the post op (right side) pic looks wider it’s actually 0.25” smaller girth. The shape of my preop erection was completely round. Now my implanted shape is a wider oval. But no one would think it was out of the normal range of penis shapes.

If you are unsuccessful getting erect with pills, shots, or a VED with constriction rings, seek out the best high volume surgeon you can find. Start having conversations with implanted men. See if you can get a show and tell. Take steps to get back in the saddle. Life is short and we only get one (I think).
