See I was wondering about using the ved. What would be a good way to go about it? Like pump up part of the way and then use the ved? Or 75 percent? I just don’t want to make a mistake.
How I do it, is I put my flaccid penis in the VED and keep it on for about 5 minutes or so, take it off and try to pump up my implant. then I put the VED back on again for ten minutes again, or maybe a few minutes, remove and reapply it several times. each time I take it off I try to pump another few pumps from my reservoir as I think it helps expand your girth slowly that way. You're not going to damage your implant. Those cyclinders and tubes are extremely tough and negative pressure is negligible effect on any of the system.
Do you think it would expedite my recovery and ability to get into a place where I can use this thing with out pain? I’m day 24 post opp and cycling 2 or 3 times a day. Twice in the bathtub and once none bath to try to prepare for conditions of cycling where I might be having sex.
Have patience. Doctors say you can engage in sex at 6 weeks (I think). For me, the pain during sex didn't go away until about 4 months out. Takes time to build up tolerance to the implant for for things to settle down. Of course now I can go all day - soooo...thats a plus. In the end the benefits outweigh the negatives. However - it's not natural and wont be - but its as close as we can get with current medical technology.
