Hey Sgarza, remember to ice the balls I too had blue balls for a long time, I would alternate a warm bag with an ice bag twice a day- it will help. Day 26:

Went to Dr. Clavell today. We are both extremely satisfied with the results. Gained an inch so far from pre surgery to now. I am still tender but he went ahead and gave me the all clear to start cycling. I will take it slow. Doc pumped me to 100% and WOW.

I highly recommend Dr. Clavell. He is at the same level as EID. Now time to play. I will post pic once I am able to pump to 100%.

Day 53:

Implant has healed up nicely. I am about Day 25 of cycling which I do about 1-2 times, 45 mins each time. One issue that has not resolved is being able to have sex. My frenulum hurts like hell when touched. Even when MO is bothersome. I asked the doc and I may have to loosen the frenulum as it pulls the head down and back toward my scrotum when I am fully inflated. I think my frenulum is tight! I am going to see about inflating at 80% for intercourse and see if that is any better. I texted the doc and he said to schedule an appt. with him to see what we can do about the frenulum. I may opt to totally remove the frenulum. I even heard sex is greater without it.

Cycling is easier than I thought. I have no problems with inflating/deflating the implant. I have noticed I am much thicker now than before, even before my ED. I am still sitting at an inch length increase, which I am okay with. At least it gets hard as a rock. LOL.

A Year Update:

All is well with implant this past year. I did have discomfort on the underside of the head of the penis, especially during intercourse. Dr. Clavell and I were dumbfounded as to the cause of it. We ultimately decided to do a frenectomy and remove the frenulum last month. I am still not allowed to cycle yet but I believe that did the trick.

I have some gains and Dr. Clavell thinks I can get a bigger one once I wore this out. I love my dick now!
