I've been relatively vocal about the consideration that one should give to the flaccid condition of an implant, since your penis will likely be in the flaccid state for 90% of the rest of your life (for me it's >95%)

This is my AMS CX, these pics taken at 11 mos. post surgery. It looks completely natural, and feels pretty close to natural. I'm not sure that if someone did not know about the implant that they would guess it was. The only tell-tale sign would be the tips being a little hard, but with engorgement that is well masked. I'm now 16 months post surgery and it looks and feels even more natural now. You can see that I can easily stand around a gender mixed group of people at the nude resort without any hesitation or self-consciousness... I just finally stack up a little better than I ever have as more of a shower.

Some of the pictures of flaccid penises in this thread would preclude me from nude resorts or communal showers. Maybe that's just me.

When deployed, I routinely measure 7-1/2" x 5-3/4", and when not deployed I have zero concerns or issues.

Yes, the glans is fully exposed when inflated, just like a natural erection. This is not something the doctor has control over, there isn’t anything he did to make that so.

thanks jage64, I suffer from having the glans outside the foreskin, not being circumcised I have never had the glans outside the foreskin, now I see a lot of implants with the foreskin covering the glans, I will have to undergo a revision and I would like it to be like the yours, I wanted to show it to the doctor both flaccid and erect to show them how I want it
