I am at 4 weeks. I'm about an inch shorter than pre surgery. I'm hoping I recover that length. here are some post pics.
The one thing I've noticed is I can not get it to deflate so it hangs straight down. Maybe over time the cylinders will ease up some.

Congrats on the great outcome! That is a good looking dick.
I don’t have an implant (yet) but it sounds like lots of guys regain length and girth by cycling regularly in the first year or two. Hopefully you will too.

How long was it post-op until it was comfortable enough for you to orgasm? Are you back to having sex or still needing to handle it gently?

Thanks for sharing. At the stage you are at now, I too was wondering if I would regain lost length. I did. My personal feeling is your penis is so tight from the trauma it recently went through that it is not quite ready to stretch. Once mine healed more it became more flexible and started allowing me to get in more pumps so i got back more length.

That same lack of flexibility is what kept my penis standing out at first but as it healed it began to hang lower and look more natural to the way it was prior to surgery. Patience is a good thing to have right now. Best wishes.

Nice tool, man. No doubt a source of pride in locker room or bedroom or wherever.

The implanted cylinders will not lie limp as before, so you will look like an enthusiastic teenager's forward facing dick. Still, it swings so that no one should mistake you for tumescent.

My implant pic started this thread. Thank you to all of you who have contributed. You give comfort to many men struggling with thinking about an implant. I have been implanted for three years now and I couldn't be happier with my amazing results. Keep sending the pics.

I'll jump in and share. I don't have any before pics but I was a definite grower. I'm loving my implant and so is my wife of 23 years. I had serious buyer remorse at first but after all the swelling went down and I cycled a while everything went back to almost normal (with in about 1/4"). The first pic is right after activation (mid April) and now (end of Sept). Both pics are fully pumped till the pump bulb is hard and I'm not aroused.

Image Right after activation

Image Now

As you all can see, there's a big difference. I usually pump at least twice a day for 15-30 minutes or longer (as much as time allows). I pump to max (hard pump bulb), wait for 5 or so minutes and try to pump again. Don't He-Man it when pumping a hard bulb, be gentle but FIRM. Sometimes I don't feel the pump bulb compress any but will feel an slight increase in pressure in the rods in my penis, AKA feeling the stretch. I will do this over and over while I'm pumping for regaining length/girth (stretching). I'm certain I'll get the 1/4" back and probably some more. If I don't, we (my wife and I) are MORE than SATISFIED with what I have now.

I just hope mine ends up doing this well. I’m getting activated today.

Hello, that's my implant in action.
