Wish you luck in your recovery and hope that you can avoid major surgery for a long time.

You also had tep. I assume you had subcoronal incision. How did that go? 22 to a 26 is pretty substantial. Any downsides to the tep? Thanks
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one

Man i hope youre not in pain. It doesnt look like its getting worse. Its more like a demarcation of what died and more granulation tissue. Maybe with the circumcision they can clean it out well and keep it lose. I have a lose circ so i glide easy. All the years vacuuming also made me even more loose.

Whos gonna do your circ?
Once the dust settles and all is healed and good, no more surgery for you for another 10 yrs at least. Maybe we can compare charts when we do our revision.

If I did the circ it would be with Gai Win Lee. We're waiting a few months for everything to come down naturally. Need the necrosis to heal up and the wound to recover before they can circ and for the edema to come down more.

When circumcised do you always need lube tl masturbate?

I heard it reduces sensation?

They wanted to leave the necrosis to first confirm the demarcation line and now as it helps the tissue underneath to heal better.

They can't circ me until tissue heals and lymphedema reduces for the foreskin to be movable.
